Information for the Ingleside 6 regarding 916 at Harkness and Brussels. Info only, a teen ex on an e-bike blowing through stop signs. Has been doing laps in the area, riding dangerously for someone young, per the RP. Subject's an Asian female, about juvenile, about 12 to 13 years old, wearing a black helmet, purple clothing, and a black bike. No further. Info only.
