490 3rd Street South, unit number 6. Complainant states that she was walking to Dollar Tree when a tall male seemed to be following her. He asked her if she had a cigarette and where she was going. Her complainant got nervous and started walking back home, and he stated that he wanted to come with her. He did follow her to the apartment and last saw him near the garage. Described as a tall male wearing a black shirt.
