Suspect male, Hispanic, 30 years, 5'7", average build, short buzz terrier, short beard, tan baseball hat, orange yellow construction vest, tan shorts, carrying a metal baseball bat, vandalized a gas meter and pipes at location. Possibly still in the area. It's Code 2, incident 3662, RD 1450.
