Male, Hispanic, adult, transient, red shirt, gray pants, riding a bicycle, hit the informant's blue Honda SUV. No injuries, unhoused. DP is attempting to flee. DP left the location on a blue bike. We're now, correction, westbound on Potter Street and out of view. It's TAC 249.
