PR will direct two suspects, two female, Black wearing black shirts, one was armed with a knife, and three male Blacks, number one wearing a black hat, white shirt, armed with a gun, number two, white sweater. No further descriptions. They're inside a beige house across the street. It's code 2, incident 3818, RD 18.
