Any West Valley unit, attempt arson suspect. They're now 2860 South Holt Avenue, in front of the residence. Suspect is a female, Hispanic or Black, 60s, black wig, wearing a black dress. He's going to need to land on the branches on the fire with multiple lighters. There's no active fire at this time. It's code 2, incident 3799, 899.
