113, 97, 295, 21st Street East, 10th Avenue, D journey. Palmdale 266 to handle with a 415 neighbor, 440 East Soledad Pass Road in Palmdale, cross of Angela and 4th Highway. DP of the neighbor, DP, male, White, 30s, named the caller and said he was going to go to Yaris, unknown plate. DP driving to and from the house, yelling at him, informant to family stated he will harm them. No weapons seen, 10-1.
