6 A 11, have suspect exiting the vehicle. Any Van Nuys unit, a 10-44 suspect there now, 6502 Van Nuys Boulevard at the WSS. Suspects are two male, Blacks, early 20s, number one, gray hooded sweaters, number two, black hooded sweaters. Suspects are refusing to return shoes. It's code 2, incident 3425 and RD 926. 17 X 46, roger on the follow-up to Devonshire with one.
