Hollywood units, information only on reckless drivers on motorcycles, Sunset and Stanley. Last seen to the rear of the parking lot near FedEx. About to go westbound on Sunset. Approximately 30 motorcyclists with no license plates and not wearing helmets. Concerned for the safety of the riders and other drivers in the area. Information only on incident 3605.
