Any Van Nuys unit, battery suspect there now, Victory and Varner. Victim is a Uber driver and a black Tesla Model Y. Suspect's a passenger, male, White, 40 years, threw alcohol on the PR and spat on him. Code 2, incident 4173, RD 929.
