Any Pacific unit, 415 man, 4004 Lincoln Boulevard, outside of the phone repair store. Suspect is male, Black, personally 25 to 27 years, curly hair, slim-build, short stature, 5'7 to 5'8", no shirt, black jeans, no shoes, hitting his head against the window. FD is also responding for the suspect. It's code 2, incident 4405, RD 1434.
