Following from the information for park units in the four cars, it's regarding a 487 that occurred at Beaver at Noe. There was two 915s that possibly took a e-bike. They were trying to make it start. RP did lose a visual. The subject was a WMA, 20 to 30, skinny-build, black hat, blue with white stripes, Avetis, black pants, a black face mask, and a beanie type, gray jacket wrapped around his body.
