Any southeast unit, 415 group, 848 West Gardena Boulevard. Approximately 7 to 10 male Hispanics between 16 and 25 years. One suspect is in a wheelchair, using unknown narcotics and drinking, acting aggressive and harassing passerbys, walking by and running in and out of the street, yelling and passing vehicles.
