Info only for Northern 5, 40311 Possible at Laguna and Chestnut. It's about five minutes ago, RP saw a male in the area of a playground, had his hands inside his pants, and looking towards the playground. Subject is a Latin male, late 30s, average height, medium build, wearing a beanie, red jacket, black pants. Also has an electric scooter with plastic bags with him. Again, info only for Northern 5.
