Edward 16 David and Edward 15 David for an A priority 222, 1501 California, cross of Larkin and Polk. 16 David and 15 David going. A male charged at the RP with something sharp in his hands. The RP believes it was a box cutter. She thinks he was trying to steal her purse. This is now possibly a 211, 222. The RP and her friend was able to run away from the subject. He's described as a tan-skinned, Middle Eastern or possibly a Latin male, 30 to 35, 5'7".
