Any Southwest unit, ADW suspect just left Hoover and Jefferson. Suspect last seen going towards the park area close to R. Xavier Parish. Suspect is a transient male, white, bald, red shirt, unknown color shorts, carrying a bag, throwing a glass bottle towards the Trader Joe's and people at the location. Code 2, incident 4760 and RD 358.
