Suspects are 4 to 5 male, Hispanic, all wearing dark clothing. Victims are female, Hispanic, 16 to 18 years old, gray shirt, gray sweatpants, red bag, 390 or under influence of unknown narcotics. Suspect is surrounded and trying to kidnap the suspect.
