Just took a call from a resident at 22 Scotland Road. He's advising he hears some sort of, uh, described as some kind of explosions or something, like faint fireworks in the distance off of Scotland Road and Elm Street. We can hear faintly the same noise from dispatch with the window open. Not sure where it's coming from.
