Engine 268, handle, 415 family, 1500 Gage Avenue at the Walgreens in LA. Again, 1500 Gage Avenue. Informant states ex, black shirt, red pants, blocking the informant's vehicle, a gray Honda hatchback. Informant's unable to leave the parking lot, ongoing issues. They're in custody over their daughter, 4 years old. DP also calling, it's tag 194.
