77th units, shooting just occurred, 5401 South Figg, 5401 South Figueroa Street. PR heard eight gunshots from the plaza and observed people running. Then he observed a black Mercedes, unknown plate, leaving the location, unknown direction on Figg. It's Code 3, incident 4213, RD 128.
