Any Van Nuys unit, traffic hazard, Woodman and Oxnard, northbound on Woodman, number 1 lane. MTA, road supervisor reported exposed manhole. Lid is in the intersection, approximately 30 feet from the hole, and traffic lane is causing a hazard. It's code 2, incident 131 and RD 942.
