Any Southeast unit, vandalism suspects there now. 759 East 100 9th Street, in front of the location. Four suspects, male, Hispanic, 13 to 14 years, number 1 and 23, wearing all black clothing, number 4, gray shirt, no further description. Removed the sewer cover lid and attempting to go into the sewer. Code 2, incident 3050, RD 1844.
