In the Central 3, info only for a 917 at Joe DiNagio, playground on the 651 Lombard, cross of Powell. An hour ago, a male was trying to get RP's daughter to come near him. There's an ongoing issue with this male staring at children while sitting on the stairs. Male, 40, 6 feet, heavy set, short blonde hair, blue shirt with white stripes, not yet been seen.
