Subject, Ching Chong, female, Korean, 96 years, 5 foot 110 pounds, gray-brown, pink pajama shirt, black pajama pants. Suffers from dementia. DOB of 12-30-1928. Information's in 2664. Any LWB unit, perp between male with a knife, 200 North Vermont Avenue on the side of the building on Consul Street. Suspect, trans female, Asian, dark complexion, no black clothing. on the side of the building.
