700 7th Street South. We had a caller reporting there is a group of about eight people and vehicles chasing each other around the parking lot. He was trying to say that there was a fight happening but wouldn't elaborate. Of note, he did call in a 911 and he was mapping in St. Cloud. When we tried to confirm why he was mapping there versus Discovery, he said he was almost home and then disconnected.
