26015 Boca Canyon Road at the Ruggett gas station. Again, 26015 Boca Canyon Road. Male, White, 24, wearing a blue sweater, blue pants, white shoes at gas pumps, asking people for money, spitting in the direction of people when they refuse, refusing to leave, ongoing issues with the DP. Per the informant, DP's throwing trash from trash cans into the parking lot. It's tag 188.
