Boy 14 David 98, 1200 block of Howard, cross of 8th and 9th. RP's claiming five to six subjects are chasing each other towards 9th. RP's claiming she heard them saying they were going to stab one another with either weapon, with either no weapons seen or unknown. All white males. The RP's being uncooperative. Then ended the call with saying, there's my taxi. I gotta go. No 909. Copy. We'll advise.
