Mission 3 car, information regarding 852 cross of Alabama and 21st. There was a male seen taking items out of a white Chevy van parked in front of 2875 24th Street. RP doesn't think it's his van, but didn't see him break into it just on taking items out. Black male adult, 30 to 40s, wearing a pink sweatshirt, unknown pants, had a bike with him, took a bag of work equipment and walked towards Harrison. Information only.
