Any Wilshire unit, vandalism suspect just left Crenshaw and Pico. Suspect's last seen southbound Crenshaw. Two male Hispanics and one male Black all wearing black shirts, black pants, one carrying a backpack, one with a camera taking video, attempted to tag a Metro bus, was stopped at the bus stop. It's code 2 incident 3228, RD 75.
