Newton units, 415 male with a knife, 7th and Santa Fe, 7th and Santa Fe, on the southeast corner. Suspect is a male, Hispanic, 40s, wearing glasses, a white polo and khaki flats, armed with a box cutter, attempting to slash tires on passing vehicles. It's Code 3, incident 3591, RD 1309.
