Century 216, 8601 Hooper, again, 8601 Hooper, now landing at the Hooper. Informant's a male, Hispanic adult, black shirt, black hat, white shoes. Showed the cashier a 417 he was carrying in his pocket. DP did not steal anything. Incident occurred 25 minutes before 830. Unit 236.
