Any Van Nuys unit, 390 man in vehicle, Van Nuys and Ventura at the Chevron, rocket fuel, in the gas station. Suspect vehicle is a blue Chevrolet truck. Suspect, the driver is a male, Hispanic, 30-40 years, buzz cut, gray shirt, black pants, white shoes. Appears to be 390, moving the car back and forth in lot. Code 2, incident 4378 and RD 970.
