10-4. 2225 23rd Street, cross of Rhode Island and Kendrick Street. It says vehicle is in the middle of the street and then they lost connectivity to it. Now they can't see or do anything. Vehicle is a white Jaguar with a light split of 92798 Charles 4, being 92798 Charles 4. Engine 13, message says Waymo needs PD to go out to see if the vehicle is involved in a collision, and they are going to send the road tied out.
