I wish I had a code 4 211 sign in Santa Monica, no evidence of crime, it's code 4. 31 handle, 415 business, 10801 Hawthorne at the 7-Eleven. Informant states female, Hispanic adult in a wheelchair threatened to stab her as she walked in. Informant didn't see a knife. Data DP is always discerning, threatening her, TAC 219.
