unit, 10-4 vehicle, suspect suspect, 2350 Lucerne Avenue. Suspects are two male, Hispanic, teens, approximately 5'8", one's heavy set, curly hair, with a drawstring backpack, black pants. Suspect number two is also wearing a drawstring backpack, black pants. Suspects are seen on foot, heading towards Vineyard. It's Code 2, incident 3835.
