Any Newton unit, 10th GTA suspect just left 5000 Avalon Boulevard. Suspect was a male, Hispanic in his 30s, wearing a black tank top, gray shorts, attempting to hot wire the PR's vehicle. Suspect was last seen southbound on Avalon towards 52nd on a bicycle, accompanied by an additional female, Hispanic, heavy build, wearing blue jeans with a backpack, riding a pink bicycle. It's code 2, incident 4948, RD 1363. 63, 13 AC Street, roger.
