Only for baby units. The RP observed a 915 type male in her backyard. 1501 Palou between Lane and 3rd. He just took off. So, description is an OMA, 30 to 40, 5'6", slim-build, wearing a black hat, black vest, white t-shirt, black shorts. He had some tools and a bag. Last seen toward, it just says on lane toward Palou. It's on the 1500 block of Palou. Information only.
