5 car, information only, 917, cross of Jones and O'Farrell. This man with a pit bull trying to get his dog to attack other small dogs. Pit bull is on the leash. Subject is a light-skinned, BMA, 30s, wearing a dark gray jacket with black sleeves and dark pants. Dog is a brown pit bull with a thin baby blue strap around the mouth.
