Information of a 916 reckless driver in the Taraval, Kirkham and 20th. This is a vehicle driving recklessly on the wrong side of the road, almost hit the RP. Vehicle's a black Tesla Cybertruck with the word Cybertruck written in white letters on the tailgate. Possible plate of 49, sorry, 42905 Mary 4. No description of the driver. Last seen eastbound Kirkham. Info only.
