Boy 13 David for the B 56, 520 Natoma. Boy 13 David, copy. This is regarding a vehicle that was driving the wrong way and stopped facing the wrong way traffic. RPC's a couple of subjects outside the vehicle and are advising that they're refusing to move their vehicle, causing a traffic jam. White Toyota, older model Corolla, unknown license plate. Just be advised, looks like the owner did call in as well. Said that they locked themselves out of the vehicle and is blocking the street. Vehicles are having to turn around. Hold their roadside assistance.
