617. you're back on the CAD. Southern 1, information 917. Possible 852 case there at 164 South Park, crossing Jack London Alley and 3rd Street. Regarding a subject that was taking photos of license plate on vehicles in the area and had a 360 camera. to each individual vehicle for at least 10 vehicles and did the same thing to other parked vehicles as well. They left the area about 15 minutes ago on foot, last seen eastbound towards Oracle Park on 3rd. It's a White male, late 40s, 6 foot, medium-build, appeared to be a 915, was groomed and well-dressed, wearing a white button-
