Suspect is a male, White, transient, 6'1", 180, 20 to 30 years, wearing a gray hooded sweater, blue jeans, last seen walking eastbound 8th from Alameda approximately 5 minutes ago. The suspect driving the PR with a pocketknife. It's code 2, incident 3278, RD 1307.
