Suspect is a female, Black, wearing a tie-dye shirt, black pants, blue Crocs, with a juvenile, male, Black, 67 years, all black clothing. It's Code 2, incident 34, correction, 3544, RD 119. Any central unit, UTA just occurred at 200 Messinger Street. It's Code 2, incident 3513 and RD 118.
