All units, code 4, Soto and Tan Freeway, no evidence of shooting. Any Southwest unit, AEW suspect just left from Vermont in Adams. Suspect is a female, Hispanic, wearing a black jacket, pushing a straw with a brown blanket, threw a brick at the PR. It's code 2, incident 1017, RD 370.
