Southern 4 car for a 917 at 450 10th Street at the Costco. RP just had a verbal, almost physical altercation with an ex. The ex was following him and threatening to arrest him and getting aggressive. Subject was a Black female, 45 years old, 5'5", heavy-build, possibly about 200 pounds, wearing a green striped San Mateo badge and generic security vest. Last seen going into Costco from front entrance. Info only for Southern 4.
