Suspect is a white Nissan, license, 8 Tom Edward Henry 715. 8 Tom Edward Henry 715 with major front-end damage. Passerby advised the suspect entered the Ralph's parking lot. Suspect driver, male, Hispanic, 30 years, 5'4", white shirt, green shorts, no shoes, appeared under the influence. He's in his PR's gray Honda Accord, an additional vehicle, black Subaru Outback. The vehicle is disabled in the roadway.
