RP was leaving her office and a 915 type male touched her inappropriately and wants PD to be aware. It's a white male, 30s, 5'10", medium build with short hair, lesion on his right calf, a dark gray top, light gray basketball shorts over black bottoms, black socks, olive green shoes with a black knapsack type backpack with a small lime green bag attached. Was last seen walking south on Potrero passing 16th. Info show me. 10-4.
