Information in the Mission 6, 916, 16th and Bryan. RP was driving by and saw a male, male passed out in his vehicle. By the stoplight, vehicles were having to go around him. While on landline, another male woke him up. Vehicle's an older gray Duick, unknown license plate. Driver is a BMA, 40s to 50s, no weapons seen. RP was concerned about the driver's state but no longer in the area. Information in the Mission 6.
