Any Southwest unit, 415 man, 2620 South Figueroa Street, outside of the Circle K. Suspect's a transient male, White or Hispanic, 15 to 60 years, beard, wearing a blue shirt, black pants, white and black shoes, and a green backpack. Under influence of narcotics, threatening the PR and customers at the location, refusing to leave. It's code 2, incident 3900, RD 329.
