Police have received a 911 report of two men dragging a woman under the freeway off-ramp.

7th and 4th. Two males are dragging an ex under the freeway off-ramp that's going to cross from 850 Bryant. Units to back, 3 Boy 15 David. 3 Boy 60, 10-4. Subjects are, both are Black males and the ex is a Latin female. We're still waiting for further. 7th and Bryant.
